Priceless...

Having the biggest Glove in the league = $49.95
Best fielding record on the team = a lot of Practice
Scoring nightly with my biggest fan = even more Practice
Finding your original rookie basebal card = Priceless!

Yes folks, that's how I feel about my relationship with the Summer GM these days...and how could anyone feel differenlty. Just when I thought that our working relationship and friendship would end with this 2007 season (remember my offers) the Summer GM TOTALLY redeemed himself (in my eyes) and made this spectacular find on the internet!

I'd like to give a HUGE thank you to the Summer GM for not just finding this incredible card, but for sharing it with my fan's.

I truly love you all and I hope that you all enjoy this little piece of history.

By the way, Casual Guy 'in the Hot Corner', if it will help you get some action I'll gladly sign this card for you, just let me know who I should acknowledge!

That card must be a forgery. From what I have heard there was only one card ever printed (making it priceless) and I have that card. I was looking through my old football, hockey & hockey cards the other night & stumbled upon "the card". I was trying to remember how I came upon the card & remembered it was a contest. Back in 1994 (after the strike season) MLB cards sales were low, so to up the sales they needed something to get sales up. What better way to get people to buy cards then make a once in a lifetime card. I think I bought that package of cards at 7-11 on Watt street. Along with "the card" came a certificate of authenticity, so I'm sorry Hugh; the Summer GM screwed you again!
All of the offers I have had over the years have been denied as I know this is a one of a kind card.

Elkhorn GM...you must show the card in order to back your claim!

And no butcher jobs either!

By the way Hugh glove, you know the card is authentic, you lived the dream!

You're most welcome Glove.

When I saw it I had to have it for my pal. There aren't many of them around.

I am not sure what the Elkhorn GM is talking about. I think it was just another Rumba night for him leading up to his nuptials.

You know the real deal when you see it, and I am sure you also know the card is "The Real Deal". No air brushing on that baby!
